Returns and refunds or exchanges are only accepted under these specific conditions:

- Incorrect Products: If the product delivered does not match your order, we will also provide a refund or exchange.

Procedure for Refunds or Exchanges
Upon confirmation of the product issue by our team, we will inform you through email or WhatsApp.
- Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be automatically issued to your original payment method.
- If an exchange is authorized, we will promptly dispatch the replacement product.
Timeframe for processing returns and refunds.
- Evaluation: Your claim will be evaluated within 7 business days.
- Refunds: Once approved, refunds will be processed within 3 business days following confirmation.
- Exchanges: Replacement items will be dispatched within 3 business days after receiving approval.
Non-Returnable Items
Please be aware that some items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are received damaged or incorrect. These items include: Laser Source, Water Chiller, Cutting Head, Control Systems, Optics, QBH Protection Cap, Remote Controller, Cleaning Consumables, and Ceramic Rings.
Shipping Costs
- Refunds: If you are approved for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be covered by Equibeam Laser.
- Exchanges: Shipping costs for sending back faulty products will be covered by Equibeam Laser.
